Another strong performance from Robert Pattinson, surely one of the best actors this year.

A24, who, even after The Drama this year, can positively surprise me again.

I don't understand the low reviews.

I went with a heavy heart due to the many reviews of "Geen verhaal" and "Er gebeurt niet veel".

Fortunately, the film proved this wrong. You know what to expect, but this is a story about a man going crazy under his own success, not about catching a pedophile. If you look at it that way, indeed not much happens.

But this is such a unique film, not only cinematically but also in terms of acting, because everyone praises Pattison but EVERY actor does such a good job. This isn't going to be a film for everyone because it makes you think. Currently my favorite film of 2026, along with Obsession, of course.

*4.5
