Kalevala: Kullervon Tarina plot
In 12th-century Karelia, a blood feud between Kalervo and Untamo escalates into a massacre, in which only Kalervo's son Kullervo survives. Untamo takes him in, but Kullervo's brute strength and rebellious nature soon make him a threat. In search of meaning and revenge, Kullervo eventually turns against the sins of the past.
