Fall 2: Deadpoint plot

Overwhelmed by the death of her sister Hunter, Jax reaches out to Luce, Hunter's fearless friend. To process their grief, they venture on the infamous hike up Mount Kwan in Thailand. When a sudden rockslide leaves them stranded on a shaky plank at an altitude of 900 meters, Jax must face her deepest fears and fight to survive so she can process the loss.

Phew, this really is the worst movie of the year; I can hardly imagine another movie surpassing it. The DFW logo should have set off alarm bells as soon as I saw it. Totally unnecessary, unrealistic, and, moreover, a super fake sequel. The green screen and CGI hurt my eyes. It was very hard to watch and couldn't hold my attention for a single moment. The script was shaky on all sides, and at one point a part is even missing, but by then the ending doesn't matter enough to you to miss it. Even with a subscription, I would actually still want to get my lost time back. Absolutely do not go see this because you liked part 1. This has simply become a 90-minute piece of junk film designed to make the cash register ring one more time.
