Per Te plot
Paolo is only in his early forties when he receives terrible news: he has a rare form of Alzheimer's disease and will gradually lose his memory. When his world begins to fade, he chooses to live daily life intensely. Strengthened by the unconditional love of his wife Michela and their son Mattia, this joyful yet painful journey unites the family. Together they create new, precious memories.

I wasn't in the mood for a somber film about euthanasia, but I am incredibly glad that I ended up watching it anyway.
The theme is precisely primarily life, the content and value of relationships, and yes, all of this in the context of developing dementia.
With humor, beautiful camerawork and editing—for example, I find the inserted bits of silent black-and-white comedy to be excellent at translating the emotions of the lost Paolo into images.
A must-see for Italophiles and lovers of social drama.
