Het Geweten van Israël plot

Filmmaker Nadia Moussaid follows Israeli and Palestinian/Israeli citizens who speak out against the genocidal violence in Gaza, despite immense social pressure and the threat of imprisonment. Images from starving Gaza and the violence of settlers in the West Bank fuel resistance, but it remains limited in a society still fresh in the memory of October 7, 2023. She shows how difficult it is to say "no" in a society mobilized for war and deeply rooted in a culture of self-defense.

Ouch. Dismissing Haaretz as "small media" and lumping Israel's longest-running quality newspaper in with the disinformation of the left-leaning opinion magazine +972 makes you wonder if the documentary filmmaker even knows what she's talking about. It doesn't even come to a meaningful journalistic approach to the subject.
