The picturesque Scottish village of Carrbridge is preparing for the 30th edition of the Porridge World Championship in 2023. Due to physical difficulties, this will be the last time "Chieftain of Porridge" Charlie Miller will officiate the tournament. Costi documents the preparations, which involve 10% of the village. He also visits reigning world champion Lisa Williams and some of her main challengers to discover what drives them to take a shot at the golden spatula that gives the title its name.
