Smile as You Kill plot

Roofer Rico is plagued by a series of ailments around his heart and lungs. To get to the bottom of the problem, he must perform a series of expensive tests. With a gun in hand, Rico tracks down advertising executive Terry. Terry must use his marketing skills to create a crowdfunding page for Rico, which must raise the necessary funds within three days. If Terry fails, they will share the same fate.
