Elizabeth, Ibrahim, Ron and Joyce are four unstoppable retirees at the luxurious Cooper's Chase retirement home. This unlikely group of sleuths meets every Thursday to investigate unsolved murders. A good film about a group of elderly people in a nursing home who form a group and try to solve old murders. A whodunit with an entertaining enough plot and, above all, a great cast. Nothing new under the sun, and it could perhaps have been a bit shorter, but 3.5 stars is just right.

very nice, interesting, lighthearted Comedy / Crime
with a good cast of oldies (sorry for that pronunciation) including Helen Mirren, Pierce Brosnan and Ben Kingsley.
a bit of a comedy but mainly just a great crime film.
very British, but well worth watching.
I enjoyed it until the last minute

I gave up after 15 minutes. Maybe I'll try again when I'm 85; I'll probably find it a pleasant film then. Anything but sparkling or captivating, a bunch of worn-out actors giving it one last try. Yawn.
