A striking animation with outdated humor, featuring a series of circus performers who are repeatedly joked about, only to later transition to an oversexed circus director. This mix demonstrates that the humor and the sex symbol Betty Boop weren't initially created for children. A difference from Disney animations. However, the animation quality isn't good and hasn't stood the test of time.
