In the near future, Paris is divided into zones, each with its own class, and checkpoints regulate every movement between them. The artificial intelligence Alma monitors daily life and has radically changed the way the police work. One day, the developer behind the AI is murdered. An investigation is launched in which the officers from different zones, Salia and Zem, are forced to work together.

A cleverly made film that convincingly portrays a dystopian world on a low budget. This time, not through crazy fashion or unusual buildings, but through the technology. It's not actually set that far in the future, and Paris is divided into three parts. It's essentially a miniature world, with a wealthy elite in zone 1, the middle class in zone 2, and the lower classes in zone 3.
The story is standard fare, and this film lacks just a little bit of everything to truly make it great. The relationship between the two officers isn't well-developed. There are some decent action scenes, but it gets off to a slow start.
All in all a good film but not very special 3.5 stars
