"How far would you go for a dream?"
Mildred Burke, a diminutive young woman, works as a waitress during the Great Depression of the 1930s. She barely scrapes by on tips, but she sees a way out when she attends a wrestling match. Mildred decides to change her life by getting in the ring and conquering a male-dominated sport. While women fight for equality, Mildred fights and defeats her male opponents in the ring.

A decent film about a woman who slowly makes a name for herself as a professional wrestler. This biopic about Mildred Burke is set in the early days of women's wrestling. The plot is quite predictable, and due to the many wrestling scenes, it sometimes feels a bit repetitive. However, the true story is still compelling enough.
