Lurker plot
Shop assistant Matthew becomes a big fan of the promising musician Oliver. The more time he spends with Oliver, the more he becomes obsessed with the man. When his close position is threatened, Matthew uses power games and drastic measures to maintain it. For him, it even means a matter of life and death.

A young, shy amateur photographer gets the chance of a lifetime when pop star Oliver (Archie Madekwe) asks him to document his upcoming tour in a documentary. He's completely absorbed in Olive's work, but encounters resistance from Oliver's entourage and becomes alienated from his friends. Madekwe is excellent as the passive-manipulative pop star, but Russell takes a long time to get the story moving. Moreover, the story is ultimately unsurprising and unexciting.
