Meurtres au Puy-en-Velay plot

In the town of Le Puy-en-Velay, detective Marion Cazale, visiting the Pierre des Fièvres, which is said to have the power to cure illnesses, stumbles upon the body of a young woman. Her cause of death is a complete mystery; even the forensic pathologist is completely in the dark after the autopsy. A tough nut to crack for Marion, who suffers from diabetes and is slowly going blind.
