A Cowboy Christmas Romance plot

Lexie, a real estate dealmaker and former cowgirl, returns to her rural home for a big deal. She finds herself up against her estranged family, including her father who kicked her out of the family ranch ten years ago. Lexie must convince cowboy Coby to sell his debt-ridden ranch.
