As the school year draws to a close, the friendship between Erin, the only openly gay student in her class, and Liz, like Erin a comic book nerd and an athlete, is tested. Liz has been accepted into a private school, while Erin falls for classmate and former child star, Sydni. Erin wants to ask Sydni to the big prom.
