On the day of her graduation, Liza and her parents are driving to a restaurant when a truck crashes into their car. Eighteen months after the car accident, Liza can no longer walk and lives alone after the death of her parents. Liza feels responsible and spends her days annoying vloggers on a local website. Late one night, a new video is uploaded of a man setting a dog on fire. She reports it to the police, but Detective Boyle is not interested in a minor offense. However, when videos of gruesome murders of people surface, Boyle finally agrees to consult a retired FBI agent to help them track down the killer.

The premise of the film had potential, but the end result is bad. The acting in particular leaves much to be desired. William Forsythe's performance feels flat. In addition, it seems more like a robotic dialogue without depth. A missed opportunity.

This is a strange one, voyeurism on overload from what they've shown so far.

We've a viscious character on screen, and he's not afraid to showcase his vile talents online. Our main character is supremely intelligent, such a remarkable human being.

Overall a Funtastic ride from Tragedy to Terror and then to Triumph.
