Bonjour Tristesse plot

Teenager Cécile spends the summer in a villa in the South of France. She keeps company with her widowed father Raymond and his new love Elsa. One day, the famous fashion designer Anne, who was a good friend of Cécile's mother, comes to visit them. Over time, Cécile discovers some truths about both her loved ones, who are only human despite their status, and about herself.
