Goyo plot
A lover of the work of Vincent van Gogh, Goyo is a young autistic museum guide who lives according to a strict routine. Order is disrupted when he falls in love with Eva, a new guard at the museum. Due to problems with her marriage, she has become disillusioned with love and lost faith in herself. Through the unexpected meeting between Goyo and Eva, they both discover a new way to love and be loved.

"Lik" is not "Belgian", it is pure dialect and in the Dutch language "equal" in this context is colloquialism or a redundant word. This is besides the point.
Anyway, Goyo then. A film about an autistic man who serves as a guide in a museum in the Argentinian city of Santa Fé. Not a Rain man, but also not an everyday approach to autism or Asperger's. But all in all, a man can function in society provided he maintains a number of rules for himself.
The man gets an amiable factor, even a somewhat 'comical' approach and the romantic touch is no stranger to that. The fact that Eva's husband is portrayed as a bigoted bully only reinforces this.
Still, the film is quite entertaining and enjoyable to watch. A lot of feel good in the film with that typical low point after about three quarters of the film. Pretty typical Netflix too, not bad, but also with some 'buts'.
