Impressively shot nature documentary, filmed over a period of 2 1/2 years, about a leopard family in the African savannah. The documentary distinguishes itself from most genre peers because we actually see director Alex Parkinson and his team at work during filming, making it partly a making of. The leopards are depicted in an incredibly intimate way and the visible impact of the years-long project on the members of the team gives the documentary an extra emotional charge.
