After a long career in various martial arts, 26-year-old Sarah [Florentina Holzinger] hires herself as personal trainer for the wealthy Abdul [Omar AlMajali] of his sisters Shaima [Nagham Abu Baker], Nour [Andria Tayeh] and Fatima [Celina Sarhan]. Upon arrival in Jordan, Sarah quickly notices that the difference in culture and the fact that she does not speak the language are an obstacle. She quickly realizes that she has not arrived with a “normal” family, but has difficulty determining what is really going on and what she can do for her pupils. Holzinger has a background as a choreographer and performance artist, but as an actor she falls short here. Her almost emotionless acting makes it difficult to gain insight into or sympathy for her character. Baker, Tayeh and Sarhan do better as the three sisters and the second half of this thriller certainly has a number of strong moments. Too bad that Ayub does not succeed enough in building up an oppressive feeling in the period leading up to it.
