Joan Baez: I Am a Noise plot

Since her debut at the age of 18, musician and activist Joan Baez has been on stage for more than 60 years. The film follows the now 82-year-old singer on her farewell tour through America and Europe. Baez candidly takes stock of her life, from her involvement in the civil rights movement to her friendship with Martin Luther King and her heartbreaking romance with Bob Dylan. She not only shares her successes, but also openly talks about the unknown dark sides of her life and the inner demons that have tormented her since childhood.
