"Terror emerges"
A submarine mysteriously disappears. During the rescue operation, it is discovered that the Loch Ness Monster is responsible. The evil monster has escaped from Loch Ness and is now terrorizing everyone in its path. The rescuers must do everything they can to survive. They are confronted with their greatest fears.

Director Tyler-James isn't exactly a name with an impressive resume, so the tempered expectations of The Loch Ness Horror occasionally lead to an entertaining reunion. It's nice that the filmmakers chose an atmospheric location that helps to alleviate the necessary claustrophobia, but unfortunately, little is done with it. The monsters, of course, look terrible, and the acting isn't up to par either, making the end result little more than a typical budget film with few highlights. Incidentally, the poster suggests we're supposed to be in central England, but that's just malicious marketing.
