Mu Zhong Wu Ren plot
The blind Cheng is a registered bounty hunter of the Punishment Board. He meets Ni Yan, a daughter of a restaurant who suffered a massacre in her family and was a victim of rape. The searching Cheng then becomes involved in a battle with dark forces and sets out on the path of justice and revenge.
