Christmas at the Drive-In plot
Sadie is a real estate attorney and professor who fights to keep her town's historic drive-in movie theater from being demolished. She is the person who had the drive-in declared a historic location and she wants to honor the wishes of the previous owner. However, his son, Holden, wants to sell the property to a large company that wants to build a distribution factory there. When Sadie goes before the city's historical commission to plead her case, they give her three weeks to prove how valuable the property is. As a sign of goodwill, they ask Holden to help Sadie reopen the theater during these three weeks.
