Iraivan plot

The city of Chennai lives in fear because of a psychopathic serial killer who has killed ten young women. Confidence in the police declines until Officers Arjun and Andrew make progress. They manage to arrest the murderer, although there are deaths. Due to his mental condition, the man is admitted to a psychiatric institution. When he then escapes, Arjun decides to start the hunt again.
