The Insomniacs plot

Filmmaker Martin Read has not had a normal night's sleep for more than thirty years due to his chronic insomnia. He is on a mission to find answers and hope from Britain's leading experts. Over the course of four months, Martin and four fellow sufferers track their progress as they test different treatments, all seeking the good night's sleep they so desperately crave.
