Untold: Hall of Shame plot
Victor Conte's name is associated with the biggest doping scandal in sports history, involving top athletes such as baseball great Barry Bonds and track and field legends Marion Jones and Tim Montgomery. For sixteen years, Conte swore that BALCO Laboratories, his Bay Area supplement and nutrition company, had never dabbled in illegal performance-enhancing drugs. But in 2000, Conte switched to the dark side and became the main man for athletes seeking steroids, fame and world records. This documentary features interviews with some of Conte's notable former acquaintances, including Montgomery and the anti-doping and IRS authorities who helped send him to prison after 42 charges.
