Instead, he suffered five agonizing years of injuries, illness and depression. Excellent documentary about the rise, fall and miraculous resurrection of British cyclist Mark Cavendish. The focus is of course on his many stage victories in the Tour de France, but a lot of attention is also paid to his emotional and physical problems, which brought him to the brink at the end of 2016. Cavendish is a difficult but fascinating personality and, based on in-depth interviews with his wife, teammates and coaches, a beautiful picture is painted of a unique cyclist.

Even if you have nothing to do with cycling, this is still a fascinating documentary

you get an insight into the brain of a top athlete, someone who wants to be the very best at all costs.

and the title says it all, it's never enough.

Mark Cavendish falls ill and develops clinical depression.

I got the impression that his wife in particular has sacrificed a lot by continuing to support him, this seems very difficult to me!
