Tin & Tina plot
Spain, 1981. On her wedding day, Lola has an internal bleed and loses the baby she was expecting. Even worse is that she is told in the hospital that she is no longer able to be pregnant. Several months later and while Lola is still depressed by the tragedy, Adolfo, her husband, convinces her to adopt a baby from a convent near the city. But instead of adopting a baby, Lola decides to adopt Tin and Tina, beautiful twins with a talent for music.

Found this very entertaining Spanish mystery horror film, which captivated me from start to finish, both in terms of story, atmosphere and experience. And in which the cast was top notch, with Milena Smit as Lola in the lead and thought she was fantastic in the miniseries: La Chica de Nieve - Season 1 (2023)
I also thought the two kiddos were fantastic in their roles.
The little 2 h looked away so smoothly. Quite surprised by the bizarrely low ratings, both here and on IMDb it doesn't average 5/10. Oh well, enjoy it yourself

Yeah, tough case. The atmosphere was good, but the acting performances are unfortunately pitiful. The film is also a real cliché festival and lapses from one genre platitude into another. Those kids were straight caricatures. It seemed as if the makers themselves were poking fun at it when the two first appeared on screen. I was also not happy about the running time, which is much too long for this kind of film. The first half gets away with a 3*, but in the second half it gets dull and the film ends with a 2.5*.
