Victim/Suspect plot
In this documentary, journalist Rae de Leon investigates the number of cases in which women report sexual assault to the police and are eventually arrested themselves. The women, who hope to find justice, are subsequently charged with false reporting. In many of these cases, the evidence is on the side of the accuser, but both the influence of the suspect and the police's drive to solve a case as quickly as possible backfire. Through police press releases, the women end up in the media and their lives are ruined forever.

Journalist Rachel De Leon has been investigating for years how police handle reports of sexual abuse by underage girls. She discovered an interrogation method that often leads victims to doubt their own statements and retract them under pressure. The result is the victim's arrest for false reporting! The content is compelling and deeply disturbing. It's a shame that the format doesn't go beyond a low-budget report.
