Gaandeweg plot

Sophie has just passed her VWO final exam and is going to study. This means that she will have to live in rooms and have to say goodbye to her mother, brothers, sisters and her parental home. Sophie wants to live on her own and separate from her family, but at the same time she longs to crawl into her mother's arms, return to the safe nest and postpone the scary unknown as long as possible.

Short film starring a very young Gaite Jansen. A nice atmospheric sketch, but too short and a bit too bland overall. Some individual scenes work (or at least they try), but the film is simply too short to properly convey that feeling. 2.5 stars.
