The young scientist Elias studies climate changes and falls in love with Anita. However, he puts his job first when he is able to embark on a mission to investigate a mysterious crack in the sea floor. During his years-long mission, he gets a vision of what his life would look like if he chose Anita. Elias decides he wants this old life back with her.

Quite disappointing Danish film. I understand the underlying synopsis, but it didn't interest me much. It is probably human nature to look back at the decisions you have made in life and fantasize about what life would have been like if you had made different decisions.

Interesting, only I didn't like the romantic stuff. I wasn't entirely convinced by the acting either. The film also contains some dead moments and it was hard to keep your attention. It all remains rather superficial and then poured over with a sauce of scientific babble that hardly comes across as convincing.
