Azrael plot
In a world where no one speaks, a pious community of women hunts for a young woman, Azrael, who has escaped captivity. This movie was not disappointing and is definitely worth it!! Really special, a horror movie where absolutely nothing is said (except for a few sentences by a random passer-by who has no further role). The leading actress Samara Weaving keeps this movie going despite the fact that her script was wafer-thin without 1 letter of text 
Well done and the movie was a bit like the descent. Enough tension and gore and really a great slasher for a nice Halloween night on the couch ☺️

Weak horror film. The story is not very interesting. The execution is mediocre. There is little build-up. The makers leave the viewer in the dark for a long time and that is reinforced by the fact that, apart from a few sentences, nothing is said in the film. Unfortunately, they fail to make it an exciting mystery. They choose to make it a very bloody mess in which it hardly ever gets really exciting. The ending is a bit funny but it does explain the title. Weaving does not do too badly. Visually reasonable but sometimes a bit amateurish. 2.0

A film that, besides the obvious gimmick, has little substance. We have seen Samara Weaving (who I always enjoy watching) stand in hotter fires. She knows how to carry the film quite well, even without dialogue, with those doe eyes of hers, but even the twist and the - admittedly: nice - final shot can't hide the fact that this is in fact a barely entertaining trifle without any real highlights. 2.5*
