Belly of the Beast plot

When a courageous young woman and a radical lawyer discover a pattern of illegal sterilizations in women's prisons, they embark on a near-impossible battle against the prison system. This documentary was filmed over a period of seven years and was given access to the personal files of prisoners and ex-prisoners. The film exposes an unjust system of modern eugenics in the prisons of California in the United States.
