Interesting film about a doomed love in a traditional environment, where a same-sex relationship is seen as a curable disease. Here and there someone shows up who thinks otherwise, but expressing that is another story. Remarkable are the differences in character between the two young women. One assertive, the other meek and docile. A beautiful movie.
