Mad Dogs plot

London, a year from now... The dogs of England are dying of so-called mad dog disease and Rabbie Burns, a young bum and schizophrenic, hears voices again - in the subways, in the supermarket, and on his own TV. He has 30 hours, one last weekend, to save the world before the "Supreme Being" loses its temper.
