"Meet the new law of the Afterlife."
The year 1876. After a shooting with a notorious gang, Sheriff Roy Pulispher is killed. He gets a second chance to return to Earth after being recruited by the Rest in Peace Department, an agency that tracks souls if they refuse to go to the afterlife. Roy hopes, after his arrival, to team up with his daughter and solve his murder. Instead, he is tasked with stopping a dangerous demon from opening a portal to the underworld.

Moderate action comedy. The story is really made for a comedy. The elaboration is weak, but just about acceptable for a B-movie. As a comedy, it is quite disappointing. They do their best to show a lot of humor, but it just isn't funny. There is enough action that makes the film somewhat entertaining and also manages to keep you interested until the end. The acting is just enough. Visually, it is quite acceptable for a B-category film. Bit underrated movie here on MM, which doesn't mean it's good. 2.5/3.0
