A Capella in D Mineur plot

During a sultry summer evening, Stella and her ex Paul receive the parents of their son's girlfriend, Annelies and Rindert, for dinner in the garden. It soon becomes apparent that the agreement was created to answer a question from the children: can they sleep together? As dusk falls and the parents try to formulate a ready-made answer together, they are confronted with their own experiences, their own projections and their parenthood.

It seemed to be a nice dinner with friends, although I found the atmosphere quite stiff from the start. And then the main theme still had to pass in review. "I think our kids are ready to have sex with each other." There you are as another parent couple…

Quite a nice intermezzo I thought, but then it fell silent. Moderately to weakly developed and little sparkling, except for some whining without any sharpness. Pity, Oh such a pity. And what those irritating a cappella situations meant, I was completely guessing.
