On her thirtieth birthday, Taylor Jones visits her father. He gives her a present to shake up her over-organized life: a time capsule left behind by her late mother. The capsule contains six challenges for Taylor. Number one: meet someone new. That was soon accomplished thanks to a new neighbor, widower Josh. He also proves to be a great help in completing the other challenges.
