50 Liters Life plot

Cape Town and the western Cape region have been plagued by instability for years due to the worst drought on record. Since 2015, irregular rainfall has dried up the level of the dams, prompting the local government to ask citizens to drastically reduce water consumption. While the strategies of the most ingenious citizens to conserve water have yielded good results, the dramatic situation of agriculture and livestock and the condition of the poorest sections of the population is still unknown. Citizens are not allowed to consume more than fifty liters of water per person per day, six times less than people in Western countries. Is it possible to live like this?
