Reverso plot

Ever since they were little, Alex and Marcos have been playing a dangerous and secret game where they put impossible tests and challenges on each other. Whoever loses the test or fails to complete his challenge must pay. The last time they met, Alex was in a coma from being hit by a car while trying to cross a highway, blindfolded and naked. Marcos never went to see him in the hospital and Alex rebuilt his life with Marta, who was always by his side. On the night Marta's father dies, Alex decides to visit his brother again. He has a score to settle and must end their game. They decide to play again, this time without limits.
