La Defensa, por la Libertad plot

This documentary examines the history of the Spanish legal profession from the mid-1960s to 1978 at the time of a dictatorship. It uses new images and testimonials from prestigious lawyers who have raised the flag for justice and democracy. The lawyers, who fought for freedom, were imprisoned and murdered for practicing their profession with dignity. They were able to put aside their ideological differences to fight together for a common goal: to end the dictatorship of Francisco Franco and establish a democratic state in Spain.
