"Drive back to 1988."
1988, the Summer Olympics in Seoul are about to begin. The city is busy and on the day of the opening ceremony there is a movement of illegal funds. Several drivers, including the drivers of the Sannggye Supreme Team, are recruited to go after the money. During the ensuing big car chase, the team members try to unravel the corruption behind the bribe.
