Tim Kerry is a police officer in Hell's Kitchen. He welcomes his adult son Ritzy home after a two-year sentence. Ritzy's former friends and ex-girlfriend Julia, along with Tim, hope that he will stay on the right path. Local gang leader Claire Morelli, a widow, is familiar with Ritzy's talents and makes him an offer he finds hard to refuse. Her plan is a major heist, but to succeed, Ritzy must get a job with the police through his father.
