Scientists predict that by 2050, one in four cities in the world will experience water shortages. The South African metropolis of Cape Town is already without water - a catastrophe that could have been prevented. The people responsible for this are now looking for a solution, because the lack of water threatens livelihoods and gives rise to a new apartheid.
