Shardul is the only male child born after a long line of female offspring in his family. In addition, he is surrounded by women at work: Shardul is the only male police officer. When Sumi, a teacher, comes to him to file a harassment complaint, Shardul's life takes a completely different turn. After getting to know each other better, they decide to ease the social and family pressures of the marriage by entering into a marriage of convenience. Shardul is gay and Sumi is a lesbian. The pair soon discover that relationships, real or fake, aren't easy.
