Jaws clone.

You heard that right, because the movie isn't quite what the poster would have you believe it is. Bull Shark is a kind of cheaper variant of the shark classic. That means that a large part of the film consists of build-up and sometimes works towards confrontations. Only all shot on a considerably smaller scale.

You would think with this poster and the fact that another shark movie has been added that it's all going to be a nonsensical project, but the movie wasn't too bad. Not because the quality is very strong, but because the film has somehow gained a good cast. They are not well known, but remarkably enough they do quite well.

The build-up sometimes works, but after a while nothing happens for a long time and you start to get bored as a viewer. And that's your right, because it doesn't really want to get along with this film. The main problem is that the film takes a long time to reach a finale that is quite disappointing. I can well imagine that no one really wants to wait that long for a poorly animated shark to finally appear on the scene.

Still, there's quite a bit more effort in this movie compared to the other shark troop coming out these days, where they just swing dolls back and forth. It's not brilliant, but they're at least trying and Bull Shark just manages to rise above the extremely poor level. That does not alter the fact that it is still broken, completely lacks an tension arc and ultimately does not represent much more than an adventure in the local swamp.

Does a director actually still have pride? In itself, the acting can still be seen 9m, but the storyline and the scenes with the shark are so goddamn bad. This is really not possible. The end is not at all to peek at, did the entire crew really have no sense or any sense of honor? One of the worst monstrosities ever!!!
