Mamorarenakatta Mono Tachi E plot

Nine years after the 2011 Tohoku earthquake and tsunami, two murders are committed in Sendai. The two victims are believed to have been murdered by the same person. They were tied up and starved to death. Detective Seiichiro Tomashino suspects recently released arsonist Yasuhisa Tone of the murders and hunts him down.
