"Some things can get lust in translation!"
The young, conservative and unsuccessful English writer Henry does not sell his novel to anyone. But when his book is suddenly a surprise hit in Mexico, his publicist insists that he travel there for a promotional tour. Upon arrival, a confused Henry discovers the reason behind his novel's popularity - Mexican translator Maria has rewritten his dull book as a brooding erotic novel. Henry is furious and Maria reluctant. They now have to go on a book tour of Mexico together. As tempers run high and sparks fly, the two begin to find love and desire in spite of themselves.

The film tells a book that needs no translation. Predictable until the last minute, blandly sweet and without any surprises. Echegui plays well, Clafin only manages with his posh English accent. The cuteness that the two in that photo with the heart radiate is not really achieved in the film.
