"Good is no fun at all."
A top team of criminal animals faces their greatest challenge yet: becoming good citizens. The infamous Wrong Boys team consists of five friends: charming pickpocket Mr. Wolf, seasoned safecracker Mr. Snake, cool master of disguise Mr. Shark, powerhouse with a short fuse Mr. Piranha and the keen experienced hacker Ms. Tarantula, aka "Webs". After years of committing countless robberies, the most wanted criminals are caught. mr. Wolf makes a deal (though he doesn't intend to keep it) to keep them from going to jail: the Bad Boys get good. Guided by their mentor Professor Marmalade, an arrogant (but cute!) guinea pig, the Bad Boys try to trick everyone into thinking they've changed. But meanwhile, Mr. Wolf finds that doing good will bring him the acceptance he's always wanted. Then, when a new villain invades the town, Mr. Wolf must convince the rest to become the 'Good Boys'.

Well animated. With some fun characters (and some annoying ones too). But the story is chaotic and seems to have no frame at all. Everything is possible and the actions that take place are not hindered by any form of logic or reason. And because everything is completely limitless, it all feels very easy and bland. That while the main lines in the story are still as cliché and transparent as 101 other cartoons. As a result, I couldn't get any connection with what was presented to me
That made this one of the less fun animation films I've seen in recent years.

Good film about a gang of criminals who are caught trying to steal a valuable item. A heist film with a brisk pace that certainly feels fresh at the start. The computer animation is more like a cartoon here. Entertaining characters and easy to watch. A little too good perhaps, but still just 3.5 stars.

One of the better animated films from Dreamworks in years. A wonderful family film with a fairly predictable story, but with the necessary charm and beautifully animated. The animation in particular stands out, which is certainly not bad by Dreamworks standards. Apparently this original is a graphic novel, but no idea how close this is to the original. The end result is a family-friendly action movie, a cross between Ocean's Eleven and Kung Fu Panda.
